Professional Services

When your school or district purchases a PassKey license, professional installation and training services are ready to be scheduled. Your sales representative can provide detailed information on these services and fees.

We require McGraw-Hill-certified personnel to install PassKey on any network configuration, and strongly suggest the same for installing PassKey on multiple standalone computers. Click here for system requirements.

After installation, we then conduct on-site training on PassKey for both administrators and teachers. Installation and training typically takes two days at one site.

A three-day package is recommended for those who wish to use PassKey at its maximum capacity. The standard two days of installation and training happens "up front"; then, a third day of training is scheduled two to eight weeks after the initial training. This allows your personnel to develop experience with the product and then work with our trainer on more advanced program integration and use.
